The Service is provided free of charge without requiring user registration.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any interruption or discontinuation.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Review and verify all AI-generated output before using it professionally, publishing it, or sharing it with clients
• Not use the Service to violate any consumer protection, fair housing, or real estate advertising laws in your jurisdiction

4. AI-Generated Content — Important Disclaimer

All outputs from EstateAITools are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for assistance and reference purposes only.

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
• Property valuations, yield calculations, and market analyses are estimates based on your inputs — they are not professional appraisals
• Legal and compliance language (e.g. in listing descriptions) must be reviewed by a qualified professional in your jurisdiction
• Generated content does not constitute professional real estate, legal, financial, or investment advice
• You are solely responsible for verifying accuracy and compliance before using any generated content professionally

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Property

EstateAITools, including its design, user interface, underlying prompt engineering, software architecture, and branding, is the intellectual property of its operator. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit the Service itself.

5.2 Your Content and Outputs

You retain ownership of all information you input into the tools and all outputs the tools generate for you. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your inputs solely for the purpose of generating the requested output and for service improvement through aggregate, non-identifiable analysis.

You may use, edit, publish, and commercialise your generated outputs freely. This includes using generated listing descriptions, marketing copy, scripts, and analyses in your professional practice.

6. No Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular professional use
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Defects will be corrected

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EstateAITools and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed zero, as the Service is provided free of charge.

8. Fair Use and Abuse Prevention

We apply fair-use limits to protect service quality for all users. Accounts or IP addresses that engage in excessive automated use, scraping, or other abusive behaviour may be temporarily or permanently blocked without notice.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms or whose use is determined, at our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or other users. As the Service does not require account creation, restriction is applied at the network level where necessary.

10. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent changes. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
